What kind of paints do you use?
How do I remove face paint?
Face paint is formulated for easy removal with mild bar soap and water and a wash cloth. Light colors come off with just a baby wipe. Some darker colors will linger. If this happens use a washcloth with soap and cold cream. Should the paint get on clothes, use OxyClean or stain pre-treater along with regular laundry soap.
Are your designs airbrushed with stencils or hand-painted?

How many face paintings and balloons can you twist in an hour?

Do you bring everything or do we need to set up table and chairs for you?
How far in advance do I need to book you?
When I called, you said you were available, is that all I have to do?
It's raining and I want to cancel my party. What do I do?
As stated on your contracts and invoices, we do not offer refunds for inclement weather so please secure an alternate indoor location for your event in advance. We work rain or shine. If you need to cancel the event for some reason, please do so within 24 hours or you will owe us the contracted amount in full. What areas do you travel and is there a travel fee?
Our standard travel area is north Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto. Although we do travel to other areas there may be a possible travel fee depending on the distance from from our location.
