What are your prices?

Entertainment: Pricing goes by the time with a 1hr minimum and 1/2 hour increments after that within service area. Although events outside of our standard service area may have an increased time minimum. Parties start at $160 for 1 Hour.

Do you ever give discounts or charge less for multiple hours?

Yes, for 3 hours or more & weekdays. Also for non-profit organizations on less requested dates.

When and how do I pay?

Retainer fee is due upon booking to confirm. Remaining amount can be paid at or before the event. Please have payment ready before event ends. Cash, credit card, paypal, or business check. No personal checks. See your contract.

Tips are gladly accepted and appreciated but never expected.

What kind of paints do you use?

All paints are safe and non-toxic.  A variety of products, which are meant for the face and skin and are FDA approved.

How do I remove face paint?

Accepted Answer

Face paint is formulated for easy removal with mild bar soap and water and a wash cloth. Light colors come off with just a baby wipe. Some darker colors will linger. If this happens use a washcloth with soap and cold cream. Should the paint get on clothes, use OxyClean or stain pre-treater along with regular laundry soap.

Do you paint full-face designs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of my designs are full faces, but cheek and body art are available.

How many face paintings and balloons can you twist in an hour?

Accepted Answer

This varies on design however I can typically paint or twist balloons for up to 15-20 in 1 hour. If we work with a board then the amount of per hour can be 30+. For certain designs (ex.sugar skulls) or adult events you may expect about 10-15 per hour unless we are staying with eye designs (festival eyes)

Do you paint & twist balloons for teenagers and adults?

Absolutely and almost every weekend! Some occasions there are events where 
only adults attend!
 
Our bling and braid bar are fun options for these events!

Do you bring everything or do we need to set up table and chairs for you?

Accepted Answer

Please provide artist with 2 chairs for face painting or 1 table for balloon twisting.

How far in advance do I need to book you?

There is no set policy.
Entertainment
As long as there is an availability - last minute bookings are possible and with no extra charge. However, you need to book as early as possible to ensure someone else doesn’t take your day or party time. There is just no way to predict how early any particular day will get booked. It could be 6 months or 2 days in advance. Booking your party at least 5-6 weeks in advance is recommended.
Balloon Decor
Last minute bookings are possible but you may have to choose from colors/ supplies in stock. If additional supplies or custome framework are needed there may be a rush fee.

When I called, you said you were available, is that all I have to do?"

No, because we get lots of price quote calls that may not book. In fairness, we have to book the client that completes the contract & pays the retainer first. You must complete a contract and pay the retainer to solidify your booking.

Question 14

It's raining and I want to cancel my party. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

As stated on your contracts and invoices, we do not offer refunds for inclement weather so please secure an alternate indoor location for your event in advance. We work rain or shine. If you need to cancel the event for some reason, please do so within 24 hours or you will owe us the contracted amount in full. What areas do you travel and is there a travel fee?

Our standard travel area is north Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto. Although we do travel to other areas there may be a possible travel fee depending on the distance from from our location.
